PALESTINE-themed films can participate in the competition. Productions not exceeding 30 minutes can participate.

Films whose original language is Turkish must have English subtitles, and films whose original language is not Turkish must have Turkish and English subtitle SRT files.

For the competition to be held, at least 16 films (Fiction, Experimental, Animation and Documentary) must have participated and passed the preliminary evaluation.

35mm and 16mm films and productions shot with video technique or digital technology can participate in the short film competition.

Contestants can apply with more than one work.

There is no production year criteria for participation in the competition. Having previously participated in any festival or short film competition or having won awards from these competitions is not an obstacle to participating in the competition.

Applications will be made digitally through the website www.filmfreeway.com. For the works that make it to the first 24, the owners of the works will be asked to fill out the application form and send it back.

24 films from among the films participating in the competition will meet with the audience within the scope of the festival. The owners of 5 films from among the finalist films will be hosted within the scope of the festival.

The transportation and accommodation costs of the owners or representatives of the first 5 films will be covered by us and hosted by our festival.

THE AWARD-WINNING WORK OWNER MUST BE PRESENT AT THE AWARD CEREMONY TO RECEIVE THE AWARD OR SEND A REPRESENTATIVE. NO AWARD, INCLUDING CASH PRIZE, WILL BE GIVEN TO THE WORK OWNER WHO DOES NOT FULFILL THIS CONDITION.

To participate in the competition, the film and email address must have been uploaded to www.filmfreeway.com, which is directed by the application.

When the contestant makes an online application, they accept the competition conditions of the festival.

Films that do not meet the application conditions can be excluded from the competition by the festival management even if they pass the preliminary elimination.
